TogetherLocal.ca is an initiative of Star Metroland Media.

It was created to help address some the hardships that many of the businesses and people in the communities we serve are facing, as a result of the March 2020 state of emergency declared.

We are offering our readers in the communities we serve the opportunity to purchase gift certificates from businesses at a discount of up to 50% off the value of the gift certificate. When the state of emergency is lifted and our local businesses are in a position to serve their customers more fulsomely, people are invited to redeem their gift certificates at these businesses, to help with the businesses recovery efforts.
